Printing Reports

On the Print Reports page, school administrators have access to viewing and printing a variety of reports and exports for their school. Within your administrator account, you can print and/or export up to 8 different types of reports:
- Progress Reports
- Progress Reports with Details
- Missing Assignments
- Students (CSV)
- Student Grades (CSV)
- Attendance (CSV)
- Mail-Merge Data (CSV)
- Export All Class Gradebooks (CSV)

A real-time export of each student’s progress in all of his/her classes to a combined progress report.

| Printing Progress Reports with Details (Engrade Support) |
A real-time export of each student’s progress in all of his/her classes (including individual assignment grades) to a combined report with details. |
| Print Missing Assignments Report (Engrade Support) |
A real-time export of each student’s missing assignments in all of his/her classes to a combined missing assignments report. Missing Assignment data is tracked by an “m” or “M” being marked as a student’s points earned for assignments in individual classes. |
| Export Students (CSV) (Engrade Support) |
Exporting Students allows you to quickly generate and download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with all of your Engrade student information data. You can save, print, or use data from this file for school records or further reporting needs. |
| Export Student Grades (CSV) (Engrade Support) |
Exporting Student Grades allows you to quickly generate and download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with all of your Engrade student grade data. You can save, print, or use data from this file for school records or further reporting needs. |
| Export Attendance (CSV) (Engrade Support) |
Exporting Attendance allows you to quickly generate and download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with all of your Engrade attendance data. You can save, print, or use data from this file for school records or further reporting needs. |
| Export Mail Merge Data (CSV) (Engrade Support) |
Exporting Mail-Merge Data allows you to quickly generate and download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with all of your Engrade data. You can save, print, or use data from this file for school records, or further reporting needs (i.e. mail-merge report cards). |
| Export All Class Gradebooks (CSV) (Engrade Support) |
Exporting All Class Gradebooks allows you to quickly generate and download a ZIP file containing CSVs (Comma Separated Values) with all of your school’s class Gradebook data. You can save, print, or use data from these files for school records, or further reporting needs. |
