Share Gradebook (Engrade Support)  If you are coteaching or share grading responsibilities with another educator for a class, you may need to share access to your gradebook.

The teacher's guide below provides guidance on which type of access to your gradebook is appropriate to give to an additional teacher based on their role.

Change or a Remove a Teacher's Access to Your Gradebook

You may change a teacher's type of access or remove his/her access to your gradebook at any time. 

 

1. Select the class for which you would like to change teacher access. 

 

2.  Select Settings from the left-side navigation. 

 

3. Select the Teachers tab at the top of the page. 

 

4.  Next to the teacher whose access you'd like to change, select one of the following: 

  • Edit: Allows you to change the type of access to the gradebook (see above for descriptions of types). 
  • Drop: Allows you to fully remove the teacher's access to the gradebook for the class. 

 

 
5a. Edit: Select the appropriate level of access from the drop down menu.  Then, select "Save User." You will see the change reflected in the list of teachers. 
5b. Drop: Select "OK" when prompted in the pop-up window to confirm dropping the teacher. You will see the change reflected in the list of teachers.
