Printing/Exporting Class Level Reports

Printing at the class level allows you to print grade information by class for your own use.  Use the links below to learn more about how to print each type of report. 

 

Type  Description 
Export the Gradebook

This option allows you to export your Gradebook data so you back up your students’ assignments/grades locally. Exporting the Gradebook initiates the download of a CSV file to your computer containing the assignments and grades for your class. This type of file can be viewed in spreadsheet reader programs, such as Microsoft Excel.

Print a Blank Gradebook The blank Gradebook printout provides you with a blank grid that has a numbered student roster listed in the left hand column.
Print Class Category Report This report type shows all students' final grades as well as the assignment category percentages.
Print Gradebook This report allows you to print a hard copy of your Gradebook.  There are several options for customizing several options for customizing the print out so you can show or hide certain pieces of information.
Print Total Points Report The report will list the student name and ID number, the total points the student has earned, the total points possible for the class, and the student’s percentage and letter grade. The percentages calculated on this report are based on total points earned out of total points possible and do not take into account any weighted assignment categories.

 


 

Printing Multiclass Reports

With multiclass reports, you can print reports for students who are enrolled in multiple classes that you teach.  A student must be enrolled in at least two classes that you teach in order to have a multiclass report.  Use the links below to learn more about how to print each type of report.  

 

Type  Description 
Print All Students Basic Reports 

This report allows you to print a basic report for all students at the same time, and will list each student’s name, class name, and the overall letter grade and percentage for each class.  

Print All Students Detailed Reports 

These reports will include your students’ overall grade for each of your classes in which they are enrolled. You can select which classes to include in the report and what information you want included in the report. You can also elect to output the report to a Word document.

Print Individual Basic Reports

This report allows you to print a basic report for an individual student,  and will list each student’s name, class name, and the overall letter grade and percentage for each class.  

Print Individual Detailed Reports  This report allows you to print a detailed report for an individual student.  You can select which classes to include in the report and what information you want included in the report. You can also elect to output the report to a Word document.

Printing at the student level allows you to print different types of progress reports for your students.  Use the links below to learn more about how to print each type of report. 

 

Type Description

Print Student Reports  

This report option allows you to print detailed progress reports for your students. These reports include the students’ overall grade in the class, along with their individual assignment grades, and any comments you’ve entered for the students on theComments page of your teacher account. You can customize these reports to display or not display certain items, such as due date, comments, and letter grade. 
Print Missing Assignment Reports This option allows you to print reports for students that are missing one or more assignments in your class. The report will group the assignments by category, and list each assignment’s name, due date, and points possible. Only students that have at least one assignment with a grade of “M” will be included in this report. 
View and Print Individual Student Reports You can view information about each student in a class from the Students section of Engrade. This topic describes the student’s Scores tab. 

Printing Custom Grade Code Reports

 

Printing Custom Grade Reports allows you to print reports for LS and/or IN. There are two different ways to do this. 

 

Option 1:

Choosing to print a report that includes both LS and IN (combined)

 

 

 

Option 2: 

Printing Report by code. 

 

 

By clicking on Print Custom Code Assignments, you will see the following pop up window. You may decide on the name of the report as well as which report you would like to review. 

 

 

 

The report will take a few minutes to generate. This window will be found at the bottom of the page.

 

 

 

Once the page is refreshed, the window will look like this: 

 

Click the report.
