Filter Gradebook View by Student Groups and Categories

Filter by Student Groups

If you have created student groups for a class, you can filter the gradebook to view only the students in that group.

1. Select gradebook from the left navigation bar.
2. Hover over "Groups" and select the name of the student group you would like to view.
3. You will now see only students in the group you have selected.
4. To return to viewing all students, hover over the group name and select "All Students."

Once you have set up assingment categories in your gradebook settings, you may filter your gradebook to view only the assignments in that category.

1. Select gradebook from the left navigation bar.
2. Hover over "Categories" and select the name of the assignment category you would like to view.
3. You will now only see assignments in the desired category.
4. To return to viewing all categories, hover over the category name and select "All Cats."
